Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, drug utilization reviews, and pharmacovigilance for all hospital departments.
- Conduct prescription verification, counseling, and dispensing both online (e‑prescribing platforms) and offline, ensuring compliance with national regulations and hospital protocols.
- Develop and deliver patient education programs (KIE – Kesadaran, Informasi, Edukasi) on medication safety, chronic disease management, and self‑care.
- Lead the pharmacy department’s daily operations, overseeing inventory control, procurement, storage conditions, and the preparation of compounding formulas.
- Coordinate with the hospital’s clinical teams to participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contributing pharmacological expertise to treatment plans.
- Organize and supervise community pharmacy outreach activities, health fairs, and vaccination campaigns to strengthen public health engagement.
- Maintain and update the hospital’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with the latest clinical guidelines and accreditation standards.
- Prepare regular reports on medication usage, adverse drug reactions, and cost‑effectiveness for senior management review.
- Mentor junior pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy students, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Manage the acquisition and renewal of professional licenses such as STRA, SERKOM, SIPA, and SIA, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Pharmacy with a professional pharmacist qualification.
- Male candidate, as specified by the hiring policy.
- Valid STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) and SERKOM (Sertifikat Kompetensi).
- Willingness and ability to obtain SIPA (Surat Izin Praktik Apoteker) and SIA (Surat Izin Apoteker) if not already held.
- Strong understanding of clinical pharmacy principles, therapeutic guidelines, and evidence‑based medicine.
- Excellent communication skills for patient counseling and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage pharmacy operations, including stock control, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Proactive attitude toward community health initiatives and public outreach.
- Availability to work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional after‑hours support.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program.
