We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrator Toko dan Gudang to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. The role is pivotal in ensuring that our online store operations run smoothly, from managing product listings on Shopee to coordinating warehouse activities and handling customer communications via WhatsApp Business and social media platforms. Responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date product inventory records in Excel and cloud‑based spreadsheets, performing regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Process incoming orders, generate invoices, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipment.
- Manage the Shopee Seller Center dashboard, including product uploads, price adjustments, and stock synchronization.
- Design, launch, and monitor marketplace campaigns, promotional ads, and affiliate programs to boost sales and brand visibility.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook, providing accurate information and resolving issues with a courteous demeanor.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create engaging social‑media content that aligns with current marketplace trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering sales, inventory turnover, and campaign ROI.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for both store and warehouse processes.
- Support the logistics team in scheduling deliveries, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Continuously monitor marketplace policies and updates to ensure compliance and optimal use of new features.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
- Age: Maximum 40 years.
- Proven experience as an admin or store/warehouse coordinator, preferably in an e‑commerce setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet tools.
- Hands‑on experience with Shopee Seller Center, including campaign creation, marketplace features, ads, and affiliate programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly via WhatsApp Business and social media.
- High level of accuracy, honesty, and organizational skills; able to keep records tidy and well‑structured.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional peak‑season overtime.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse workflows, including stock receiving and dispatch.
