Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Sales dan Pengembangan Pelanggan to lead our retail building‑materials division. This pivotal role combines strategic sales planning with hands‑on field execution, ensuring that our product portfolio reaches the right customers at the right time. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the construction‑materials market, be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that foster long‑lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at increasing market share within the building‑materials retail sector.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat purchases.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to guarantee product availability and timely deliveries to field locations.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; analyze performance data and adjust tactics to meet or exceed goals.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitor activities, emerging trends, and pricing dynamics.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to senior management.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales representatives, providing coaching on negotiation techniques and product knowledge.
  • Travel extensively across designated territories using a personal motorbike, equipped with a valid SIM C, to conduct on‑site visits and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ethical sales practices while operating under pressure.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; the role previously emphasized “Pria,” but we encourage candidates of any gender to apply.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence, and a professional appearance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of retail building‑materials, including product specifications and market demand.
  • Valid SIM C and ownership of a motorbike for mobile field work.
  • Proven ability to work against targets and thrive under pressure.
  • Detail‑oriented, agile, and capable of collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Relevant sales experience with a broad network of client contacts.
  • Age limit: no maximum; we value experience and potential over age.
  • Willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
