Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the Kroya market, aligning with overall corporate objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and dealer exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum brand exposure.
- Manage digital marketing channels—including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising—to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales‑support materials, such as brochures, presentations, and point‑of‑sale displays.
- Analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Maintain relationships with local media, advertising agencies, and strategic partners to secure favorable coverage and partnership opportunities.
- Oversee the budgeting process for marketing activities, ensuring cost‑effective allocation of resources.
- Provide regular training and coaching to dealership staff on brand messaging and promotional tactics.
- Travel across the Kroya region on a motorcycle to visit dealers, attend events, and gather on‑the‑ground market feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA sederajat).
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific posting).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in automotive sales or related marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle (sepeda motor) and a Class C driver’s license (SIM C).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and occasional weekend events as needed.
