We are seeking a reliable and motivated Motorcycle Courier to join our fast‑growing logistics team serving the Hub Kota Depok area. This position is a key part of our last‑mile delivery network, ensuring that parcels and e‑commerce orders reach customers quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Responsibilities
- Pick up assigned parcels from the central warehouse or partner stores and transport them to the designated delivery address using a company‑provided motorcycle.
- Verify each package’s condition before departure, confirming that items are properly sealed, labeled, and matched to the delivery manifest.
- Utilize Google Maps and the company’s routing application to select the most efficient path, taking into account real‑time traffic, road closures, and weather conditions.
- Deliver parcels directly to the recipient’s door, obtaining a digital signature or photo proof as required by standard operating procedures.
- Communicate delivery status promptly via the mobile app, updating the system with “delivered,” “attempted,” or “failed” codes.
- Report any obstacles—such as vehicle breakdowns, address errors, or customer unavailability—to the dispatch team immediately, helping to prevent delays.
- Maintain the motorcycle in good working order, performing routine checks on tires, brakes, lights, and fuel level before each shift.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, wear appropriate protective gear, and follow traffic laws at all times.
- Assist in occasional special projects, such as bulk deliveries during peak seasons or promotional events.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 45 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or an equivalent diploma.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and an active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own a functional Android smartphone that meets the minimum operating system requirements for our delivery application.
- Clean appearance: no tattoos or body piercings that could affect professional presentation.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian; familiarity with reading maps and using GPS navigation tools.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of parcels, sometimes weighing up to 15 kg, and to ride for extended periods.
