Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled visits to residential and commercial premises of prospective borrowers, assessing both the property and its surrounding environment.
- Verify the authenticity of all applicant documents—including identification, income statements, and collateral paperwork—by cross‑checking them against real‑world conditions.
- Compile detailed survey reports that capture observations, photographs, and any discrepancies found during the field visit.
- Present findings to the Credit Committee, collaborating with Supervisors and Managers to ensure accurate credit decisions.
- Provide clear, data‑driven credit recommendations based on validated information and risk assessment criteria.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, mileage, and time spent on each assignment using the company’s CRM system.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local businesses and community leaders to facilitate smoother future surveys.
- Stay up‑to‑date with local regulations, market trends, and internal policies that affect credit evaluation and field operations.
- Ensure all equipment, including personal motor vehicle and mobile devices, are kept in good working condition and used responsibly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Surveyor, preferably within a financial services or lending institution.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motor vehicle for daily travel across the Ternate area.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for report creation and data entry.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate documentation and identify potential risk factors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Residence within the Ternate city area or willingness to relocate.
