We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our fast‑growing quick‑service restaurant as Crew Store Operasional (Full‑Time). This role is the front‑line of our brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome, delicious fried chicken, and a spotless environment. Responsibilities
- Customer Service (Service): Greet every guest with a friendly and polite demeanor, accurately take orders, and process both cash and non‑cash payments. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Food Production (Kitchen): Prepare and fry chicken products according to standardized recipes (SOP) and quality benchmarks. Verify that all raw materials—chicken, seasonings, oil—are stocked and ready for use. Refill and arrange ready‑to‑eat displays to meet demand throughout service periods.
- Hygiene & Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms in line with strict SOPs. Clean cooking equipment such as fryers and pans, and ensure proper sanitation of all surfaces and utensils.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, report low inventory, and assist in receiving deliveries to keep the store fully stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions, share best practices, and uphold the brand’s service standards.
- Shift Flexibility: Be prepared to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the restaurant’s operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- No prior experience required, though experience in food & beverage (F&B) or quick‑service restaurants is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, learn quickly, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong personal integrity, responsibility, and a keen focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and teammates.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Willingness to work in a shift system (08:00 – 17:00) from Monday to Sunday.
