Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok with a friendly and professional tone.
- Provide accurate menu information, daily specials, and promotional offers to potential diners through chat and comments.
- Convert inquiries into orders by offering persuasive product recommendations and completing sales closures via messaging apps.
- Document all orders, customer preferences, and special requests in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to ensure seamless kitchen communication.
- Handle complaints and negative feedback promptly, turning challenging situations into positive experiences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to synchronize promotional calendars and launch new menu items.
- Analyze engagement metrics, such as response time, message volume, and conversion rates, to continuously improve service efficiency.
- Develop simple weekly performance reports highlighting sales generated from social channels and suggestions for content improvement.
- Assist in creating basic visual content—photos, short videos, and stories—to showcase dishes and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
- Stay updated on the latest social media features, especially those related to WhatsApp Business tools, to leverage new opportunities for customer outreach.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Admin, Online Customer Service Representative, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing and replying to messages on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok.
- Excellent written communication skills—polite, clear, and persuasive.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain rapid response times during operating hours (08:00‑17:00).
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of closing orders via chat.
- High attention to detail when recording orders to avoid mistakes.
- Professional approach to handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
- Competence in using WhatsApp Business features such as quick replies, catalog, and automated greetings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for creating simple reports.
- Understanding of social media promotion tactics and methods to boost engagement.
