Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high‑quality visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, banner ads, and video content.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts that meet business objectives and audience expectations.
- Produce motion graphics and short video edits using industry‑standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
- Collaborate with copywriters, UX/UI designers, and product managers to align visual design with user experience and functionality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies, and proactively suggest new visual approaches.
- Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring proper formats, resolutions, and color profiles for web and mobile delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics of visual campaigns and iterate designs based on data‑driven insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of a D3/S1 degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing or agency setting.
- Proficiency with design and video‑editing software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering polished, error‑free work.
- Strong creative vision, proactive attitude, and a keen eye for current digital marketing design trends.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, meticulousness, strong commitment, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of digital assets, branding projects, and motion graphics.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
