Responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and assemble menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, slicers, and mixers safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control.
- Assist with inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and rotating supplies to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow crew members to coordinate timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, performing regular deep‑cleaning tasks and adhering to health‑inspection protocols.
- Support the kitchen’s continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on workflow, equipment needs, and menu enhancements.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including occasional weekend shifts, to meet operational demands.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational High School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants should be under the maximum age limit specified by local labor regulations.
- Gender: Male candidates are preferred for this specific crew role, though flexibility is offered for certain shift types.
- Experience: No prior professional kitchen experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Essential skills: Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment, follow recipes accurately, and maintain cleanliness.

- Availability: Full‑time commitment with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
