  • Oversee a team of operators, technicians, and foremen, providing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution to sustain high morale and productivity.
  • Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance activities, diagnose minor machine malfunctions, and liaise with the maintenance department for more complex repairs.
  • Prepare and submit accurate production reports, including shift output, downtime analysis, quality deviations, and improvement suggestions.
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, such as value‑stream mapping, Kaizen events, and waste elimination projects, to continuously improve cycle times and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all products meet ISO‑based quality standards and any customer‑specific specifications, conducting root‑cause analysis for non‑conformities.
  • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and logistics to synchronize material flow, tooling availability, and inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline).
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a plastic manufacturing or similar heavy‑industry setting.
  • Strong leadership qualities: decisive, results‑oriented, capable of managing large, diverse teams (operators & foremen).
  • Technical proficiency in basic machine maintenance and the ability to perform light troubleshooting on the shop floor.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis, Word for reporting, PowerPoint for presentations).
  • Preferred knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Continuous Improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma), and ISO quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Adaptability, strong problem‑identification abilities, and a keen eye for detail in both operational and administrative tasks.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring criteria.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance‑based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance for employee and eligible dependents.
  • Paid leave, including annual, sick, and maternity/paternity days.
  • Professional development programs, including training on Lean, Six Sigma, and leadership.
