Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, checking for satisfaction and responding to any additional guest needs during the service.
- Handle cash and card transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while maintaining strict accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and restocking service stations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate timing and ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards of presentation, ensuring a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as inventory checks, cash drawer reconciliation, and preparing the dining area for the next service.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years; candidates of any gender are welcome.
- At least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; ability to engage politely with guests.
- Prior experience in a waitstaff or cashier role is preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers will also be considered.
- Presentable appearance with a neat, clean uniform; a friendly smile is essential.
- Strong time‑management skills, punctuality, and a reputation for honesty and reliability.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to match the restaurant’s operating hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
