Introduction
PT. Personel Alih Daya Tbk is seeking motivated and disciplined individuals to join its professional security team as Petugas Keamanan (Satpam). The position is based in the bustling industrial area of Batam (Tiban) and offers a dynamic work environment where safety and vigilance are paramount. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both on foot and using a vehicle, to deter unauthorized access and ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and manage access control systems in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain vigilance over CCTV feeds, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment, promptly reporting any irregularities.
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations, including fire, medical incidents, or security breaches, and coordinate with local authorities when required.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, maintain daily logs, and document any violations or suspicious activities.
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors, offering clear directions and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in regular safety drills, training sessions, and briefings to stay updated on the latest security procedures.
- Enforce company regulations, uphold disciplinary standards, and act as a visible deterrent to potential threats.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged between 20 and 45 years.
- At least one (1) year of prior security or related experience.
- Valid KTA (Kartu Tanda Anggota) Satpam that is current and unexpired.
- Certification in security training – minimum Gada Pratama; Gada Madya certification is preferred.
- Clean drug test results – applicants must be free of narcotics.
- Physically and mentally fit to handle the demands of shift work and emergency response.
- Strong leadership qualities, good communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrated discipline, integrity, and a sense of responsibility in all security-related tasks.
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, from 08:00 to 20:00.
