Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate hot dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.

  • Assist in menu planning, ingredient ordering, and inventory management to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to coordinate timing, portion sizes, and presentation for peak service periods.
  • Monitor and adjust cooking times and temperatures to achieve consistent results under high‑pressure conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with service staff to address special dietary requests or last‑minute changes.
  • Participate in regular kitchen briefings, training sessions, and safety drills.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free workstation throughout the shift.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
