This role is the bridge between our online sales channels and the end‑customer, ensuring that every order is processed accurately, stock levels are up‑to‑date, and customers receive timely, friendly support. Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming orders from e‑commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, as well as direct channels like WhatsApp, GrabFood, and Instagram.
- Cross‑check each order against real‑time inventory, confirm product availability, and coordinate with the warehouse to schedule pick‑up or delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, stock status, and delivery timelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Update product listings, pricing, and promotional banners on all online marketplaces on a daily basis to reflect current stock and marketing campaigns.
- Upload new product photos, descriptions, and promotional content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Execute broadcast messages and email newsletters to inform shoppers about flash sales, coupon codes, and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales reports, flagging discrepancies between order records and inventory counts for further investigation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and launch special campaigns, including limited‑time offers, bundle deals, and loyalty programs.
- Provide feedback to product development and procurement teams based on customer trends, frequent complaints, and suggested improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized digital workspace, ensuring that all customer data complies with privacy regulations and internal data‑security policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No strict age limit; candidates of any age group are welcome.

- Prior experience as an Online Shop Administrator or similar e‑commerce support role is highly preferred.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00).
- Basic proficiency in spreadsheet software and order‑management systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, especially when handling stock discrepancies or customer complaints.
- Team player who can coordinate effectively with warehouse staff, marketing, and senior management.
