Introduction

PT Sigma Solusi Servis, in partnership with a leading payment‑gateway provider specializing in QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) and Soundbox technologies, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales team as Sales Canvasing QRIS untuk Penjualan Produk. This role offers a hybrid and full‑field canvassing model, allowing you to directly engage with merchants across a variety of retail environments, from traditional warungs to modern restaurants, and help them transition to digital payment solutions.

As the Indonesian economy continues its rapid digital transformation, QRIS has become the cornerstone for cashless transactions, enabling merchants to accept payments from multiple banks and e‑wallets through a single QR code. Our sales force plays a pivotal role in expanding this ecosystem, driving financial inclusion, and delivering superior customer experiences for both merchants and end‑consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive canvassing visits to shops, restaurants, warungs, and other small‑to‑medium enterprises within assigned territories.
  • Present the benefits, features, and operational workflow of QRIS solutions, tailoring the pitch to each merchant’s business model and pain points.
  • Assist merchants throughout the QRIS account registration process, whether manually on paper or via the dedicated mobile application, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Verify that merchants activate their QRIS accounts, configure the QR code correctly, and begin processing transactions within the agreed timeframe.
  • Monitor ongoing QRIS usage, provide on‑site or remote troubleshooting, and act as the primary point of contact for any technical or operational issues.
  • Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing newly registered merchants, activation rates, transaction volumes, and any challenges encountered.
  • Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with merchants, offering continuous education, promotional updates, and incentives to encourage higher adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including product, compliance, and customer support—to relay merchant feedback and help shape future enhancements of the QRIS platform.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through disciplined pipeline management and effective time allocation.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in merchant acquisition, sales, or a related field, preferably within fintech or payment services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse business owners.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a full‑field canvassing environment.
  • Ownership of a reliable motor vehicle and a functional Android smartphone for navigation, documentation, and app‑based registration.
  • Basic proficiency in using mobile applications, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Gender‑neutral recruitment: open to both male and female candidates.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, resilience under pressure, and a customer‑centric mindset.
