Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Kasir Crew Penjualan Ritel to join our dynamic retail team located at Jl. Ahmad Yani 230, Kedungsari. As the frontline ambassador of our store, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless shopping experience, handling cash transactions, and supporting daily store operations. This full‑time position offers a structured Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, with the flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process all cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining the integrity of the till.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service, answering product queries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Assist with inventory control by receiving shipments, labeling merchandise, and performing regular stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area in accordance with store standards.
- Utilize the store management system to record sales, generate daily reports, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end.
- Collaborate with sales associates and floor staff to promote special offers, loyalty programs, and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Participate in routine training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, POS technology, and safety procedures.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, potential fraud, or operational issues to the store manager immediately.
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns by assisting with merchandising and point‑of‑sale displays.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, age 35 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and a “never give up” attitude.
- Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends.
- Basic proficiency with store management and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 15 kg when required.
