Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kasir dan Pelayan (Server) to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a front‑line member, you will play a crucial part in delivering seamless service experiences, handling cash transactions accurately, and supporting the overall operations of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, credit, and electronic payments with precision.
- Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and provide menus while answering basic inquiries about the menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing utensils, and monitoring stock of linens and condiments.
- Perform regular cash drawer reconciliations at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing guest wait times.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting routine checks of workstations and dining spaces.
- Assist in inventory control by tracking supplies, notifying management of low stock, and participating in periodic stocktakes.
- Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving by addressing guest concerns courteously and escalating issues when necessary.
- Participate in scheduled shift briefings, sharing observations and suggestions for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as specified by the role requirements.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong disciplinary attitude, diligent work ethic, and perseverance.
- Honesty, integrity, and a high level of accountability in handling cash and customer interactions.
- Basic proficiency with cash register systems and familiarity with POS software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Team‑player mindset, able to collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management staff.
