Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur – Operasional Masak dan Kebersihan to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential for ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly, meals are prepared to the highest standards, and the dining environment remains clean and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Prepare simple sautéed dishes, soups, and side items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist senior chefs with ingredient prep, chopping, and portioning to streamline service flow.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices, including regular cleaning of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of basic pantry items, report shortages, and help with restocking as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and appliances are operated safely and stored properly after each shift.
- Support the front‑of‑house team by delivering plated dishes promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to food safety regulations, conduct routine temperature checks, and document compliance.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback on workflow improvements, and uphold a collaborative team spirit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable personal appearance that reflects the restaurant’s standards.
Requirements
- Female, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a restaurant kitchen (0+ years acceptable, but experience is preferred).
- Ability to cook simple dishes and perform basic sautéing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: polite, sociable, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and discipline.
- Clean, neat, and attractive appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Capability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
