We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Staff at any of our outlet locations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with a strong desire to start a career in retail, providing hands‑on experience in sales, customer interaction, and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise according to visual standards.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions, and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, updating the shop management system, and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns, ensuring all promotional materials are correctly displayed.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product performance, and potential improvements to store processes.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Be flexible to work at any Livanna outlet across the country, as required by the business.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Professional appearance and personal hygiene that reflects Livanna’s brand image.
- Strong teamwork orientation – ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Core personal qualities: honesty, discipline, politeness, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to be placed at any Livanna branch throughout Indonesia.
- Basic proficiency with shop management software and POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
