As the front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will represent a trusted name in the financial services industry, working in a vibrant retail environment from Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive explanations of products and services, ensuring customers fully understand benefits, procedures, and any associated terms.
  • Assist customers throughout the transaction lifecycle, including purchases, sales, top‑ups, and gold printing services.
  • Proactively approach visitors, engage in consultative selling, and increase product awareness and conversion rates.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed the sales and transaction targets set by the company.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold the professional image of the brand at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, delivering solutions that enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to resolve technical problems and fulfill on‑site requirements efficiently.
  • Utilize digital tools such as computers or tablets for order entry, inventory checks, and data reporting.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, compliance standards, and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Promotion Girl/Boy (SPG/B), sales associate, or front‑liner, preferably within retail, banking, or financial product sectors.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse customers.
  • Professional, neat, and presentable appearance that reflects the company’s brand standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Basic proficiency in operating digital devices (computer, tablet) and common office software.
  • High integrity, self‑initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Open to working Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events or promotions.
