Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Spesialis Periklanan Digital to lead and execute our online advertising campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and maximizing ROI across multiple digital platforms. The successful candidate will join a fast‑growing marketing team that values creativity, data‑driven decision making, and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage end‑to‑end digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences, ad formats, and bidding strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visual assets, and landing page recommendations in partnership with the creative team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPM, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS; generate weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Optimize campaigns continuously through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and budget reallocation.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend while adhering to financial constraints and forecasted targets.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless user journeys.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and support cross‑functional projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Age: 24‑50 years.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing digital advertising campaigns in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, paid media platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio), and basic HTML/CSS for ad troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high integrity, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and resilience under pressure.
  • Availability: Willing to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and adapt to occasional urgent campaign adjustments.
  • Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
