Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales activities on the retail outlet floor, including product presentation, stock replenishment, and price verification.
- Engage customers with a friendly, communicative approach, answering product inquiries and recommending suitable items to drive upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain accurate transaction records using the store management system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with utmost integrity.
- Coordinate with the central inventory team to monitor stock levels, place re‑orders, and ensure timely receipt of deliveries.
- Implement visual merchandising standards that align with brand guidelines, creating attractive displays that enhance product visibility.
- Conduct routine store audits to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper equipment functioning.
- Provide on‑site support for promotional events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns, collaborating closely with marketing and operations departments.
- Report daily sales performance, customer feedback, and any operational challenges to the outlet manager.
- Utilize personal transportation to reach remote delivery points or attend off‑site training sessions as required.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends within the retail and F&B sectors.
Requirements
- Male candidate (as specified by the employer).
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in the food & beverage or retail sales environment.
- Possession of a valid personal vehicle for commuting and occasional delivery tasks.
- Residence in Cibubur or nearby areas to ensure reliable punctuality.
- Strong discipline, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to be assigned to any store location within the region.
- Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Educational background of any level (all education tiers are accepted).
- Proficiency in using a store management system and basic computer skills.
