Responsibilities

- Design and render 3D visualizations using SketchUp that accurately reflect project requirements and client expectations.
- Assist in the creation of simple interior design concepts, providing layout suggestions and material recommendations.
- Produce, edit, and polish video content for brand promotion, social media channels, and client presentations, maintaining a consistent visual style.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including sales, product development, and customer support—to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, generate weekly reports, and propose data‑driven improvements.
- Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adherence to project deadlines.
- Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, marketplace management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in managing online marketplaces, particularly in the property and automotive categories.
- Advanced skills in SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization.
- Fundamental knowledge of interior design principles.
- Strong video editing capabilities using industry‑standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
