Responsibilities
- Process and submit attendance accounts and WebGIS sales data, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Compile and maintain up‑to‑date personal data files for all sales representatives, guaranteeing data integrity and confidentiality.
- Aggregate and reconcile sales figures for the Central Java (Jateng) and East Java (Jatim) territories, providing timely summaries to senior management.
- Verify initial payment receipts from sales transactions, flagging discrepancies for prompt resolution.
- Prepare and update the O‑Chart for the West Java (Jabar) sales team, visualizing performance metrics and targets.
- Submit BAK (Business Activity Kit) requests, coordinating with finance and logistics to secure necessary resources.
- Generate daily team reports and maintain a dynamic dashboard that tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Support ad‑hoc analytical projects, such as market trend analysis and forecast modeling, to assist strategic decision‑making.
- Coordinate with HR to schedule training sessions and ensure all sales staff are equipped with the latest product knowledge.
- Maintain digital archives of sales contracts, invoices, and related documentation, implementing best practices for data retrieval.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, as per company policy.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) with a strong grasp of administrative fundamentals.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or sales support roles; 6 months of dedicated admin experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Highly meticulous, quick to learn, and resilient under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and present actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
