Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc visits to residential and commercial customers who have exceeded their payment due dates, ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
- Gather accurate information on the reasons for delinquency, negotiate realistic repayment plans, and obtain written or verbal commitments from customers.
- Maintain detailed and timely records of each visit, including photographs (if permitted), conversation notes, and agreed‑upon payment schedules.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the supervisory team, highlighting collection performance, outstanding balances, and any escalation cases.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service and credit analysis departments to verify account details and resolve disputes.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted liaison that encourages timely payments while preserving the company’s reputation.
- Identify patterns of repeat delinquency and provide feedback to management for potential policy adjustments or risk mitigation strategies.
- Adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing debt collection practices in Indonesia.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve negotiation techniques, conflict resolution skills, and knowledge of financial products.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- No prior collection experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and a customer‑focused mindset are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and empathize.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with mobile reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation for traveling to client locations across Pamekasan and surrounding districts.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily targets.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
