Introduction

Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell Marisa’s product lines to existing accounts and prospect new customers within the designated region.
- Generate sales orders through channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate capture of initial data and thorough verification of customer information.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, coordinating closely with finance and legal teams to streamline approvals.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, promptly communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, collection locations, and any additional terms or requirements, fostering transparency and trust.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by conducting regular territory visits, product demonstrations, and follow‑up meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional activities and gather market intelligence that informs product positioning.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – graduates from all majors are welcome.
- Age: 30 years maximum.
- Gender: Male (as per current company policy).
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also considered.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and achievement of sales targets.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, time‑management skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
