Introduction
We are seeking diligent and courteous Petugas Kebersihan dan Perawatan Lingkungan to join our team in Libya. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean residential houses, office spaces, and designated client areas on a daily basis.
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors; wipe windows, doors, and furniture to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Wash dishes, sanitize kitchen surfaces, and ensure all culinary equipment is kept hygienic.
- Make beds, change linens, and perform laundry duties including washing and ironing garments.
- Sanitize bathrooms and toilets, restock toiletries, and ensure all fixtures are functioning properly.
- Collect and dispose of waste, replace trash bag liners, and maintain organized waste‑management zones.
- Assist in cleaning staff quarters and shared living spaces for on‑site personnel.
- Report any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, neat appearance while wearing the provided uniform.
- Demonstrate respectful and courteous behavior toward clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Refrain from personal mobile phone use during working hours unless explicitly authorized.
- Uphold client confidentiality and protect personal privacy at all times.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors, avoid workplace conflicts, and adhere to company policies and Libyan law.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant cleaning experience in homes, hotels, or commercial settings.
- Basic English communication skills (no formal certification required).
- Physically fit: appropriate height and weight, and overall good health.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for the role.
- Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Polite, professional communication with clients and team members.
- High level of discipline, honesty, and reliability.
- Flexibility to follow instructions and adapt to varying work schedules.

- Full‑time schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
