Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Driver Viar & Purchasing Operasional to join our fast‑growing logistics and procurement team. This role combines on‑the‑road responsibilities with essential purchasing support, ensuring that goods are delivered promptly while maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be a male driver, aged 27 or younger, with a minimum of a high school (SMA/SMK) education, an active Class C driver’s license, and at least one year of relevant experience. Responsibilities
- Operate three‑wheel Viar vehicles safely across the city, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes, using Google Maps and local knowledge to optimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Load, transport, and unload goods, ensuring items are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition, reporting any issues to the fleet manager promptly.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, and coordinate with the service department for major repairs.
- Assist the purchasing department by collecting price quotations, verifying supplier documents, and delivering purchased items to the warehouse.
- Support inventory control by updating stock records when items are received or dispatched.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and suppliers to resolve any delivery or procurement discrepancies.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to meet tight deadlines, especially during peak seasons or special promotional events.
- Uphold company standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times, representing the brand positively in the community.
Requirements
- Male candidate with a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Active Indonesian SIM C license; ability to operate three‑wheel Viar vehicles.
- At least one (1) year of proven driving experience in an urban environment.
- Strong familiarity with city routes and neighborhoods (knowledge of local areas is a plus).
- Excellent command of Google Maps and navigation tools.
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, meeting strict delivery schedules.
- Physically fit with the stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes, including supplier communication and document handling.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact politely with customers, vendors, and team members.
