Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation and preventive maintenance of air‑conditioning systems, generators, and related mechanical‑electrical equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians, providing coaching, performance feedback, and technical guidance.
- Diagnose complex equipment failures, conduct root‑cause analysis, and propose cost‑effective solutions.
- Coordinate with production planners to align maintenance activities with manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare‑part inventories, and service reports.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, recommending upgrades or redesigns that enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Manage shift rotations, guaranteeing 24‑hour coverage while respecting labor laws and employee wellbeing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external service vendors and contractors.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; technical diploma or certification is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in a similar engineering management role is highly valued.
- Proven ability to maintain and troubleshoot AC units, generators, and other mechanical‑electrical systems.
- Excellent grooming, discipline, honesty, and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude and outstanding communication abilities.
- Demonstrated passion for people development and customer‑focused service.
- Effective teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00) and prioritize residence in Pemalang.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, maintenance management software) and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between plant sites when required.
