Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Promotion Girl / Sales Promotion Boy (SPG/SPB) to join our retail team in North Jakarta. This frontline role is the face of our brand, responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, guiding shoppers, and driving revenue growth in a high‑traffic store environment. The ideal candidate will combine a friendly demeanor with a results‑oriented mindset, helping customers discover the right products while meeting aggressive sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every customer who enters the store, providing courteous and knowledgeable assistance.
- Present product features and benefits clearly, tailoring recommendations to each shopper’s needs.
- Actively upsell and cross‑sell complementary items to increase average transaction value.
- Implement promotional campaigns, ensuring that featured merchandise is displayed prominently and accurately.
- Drive foot traffic through in‑store events, product demonstrations, and personalized invitations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that reflects brand standards.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Track daily sales performance against targets and report key metrics to store management.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the merchandising and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with inventory staff to ensure stock levels are adequate and replenish shelves promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Professional appearance and a polished personal presentation.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency with basic sales management tools and POS systems.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, including weekends and holidays, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
