Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager / Assistant Manager to lead the development and execution of both short‑term and long‑term brand strategies that drive retail sales growth. This role is pivotal for shaping the brand’s market presence, aligning product offerings with consumer expectations, and ensuring seamless collaboration across Business Development, Merchandising, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands‑on experience in branding or retail marketing, preferably within the fashion or consumer‑goods sector, and will hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine brand strategies that support short‑term promotions and long‑term market positioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary brand retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor brand performance against strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall brand concept and reporting results to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Merchandising to synchronize retail sales plans, inventory forecasts, and product assortments.
  • Partner with the Marketing department to launch integrated offline and digital campaigns—from creative brief to post‑campaign evaluation.
  • Conduct regular 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) analyses, market research, and competitor benchmarking to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with retailers at both head‑office and store levels, acting as the primary brand liaison.
  • Oversee supply‑chain parameters such as lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), production capacity, and quality‑control standards to guarantee product availability and compliance.
  • Prepare insightful presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in brand management or retail marketing, ideally within fashion, apparel, or consumer products.
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive measurable sales growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in 4P analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams and meeting tight project deadlines.
  • Knowledge of production lead times, MOQ, capacity planning, and quality‑control standards specific to the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
