Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Verification Officer to join our dynamic team in Denpasar Timur, Bali. This role is essential for bridging the gap between our brand and key third‑party partners such as dealers and customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target‑driven environment, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable riding a motorbike for field visits.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with dealers, distributors, and end‑customers to promote brand loyalty.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of multiple product lines, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct detailed feasibility studies and market surveys to assess the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and follow‑up documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment on promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, providing accurate reports and insights to senior management.
- Participate in regional trade shows, product launches, and community events to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future analysis.
- Identify emerging market trends and recommend actionable strategies to improve market penetration.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 (Bachelor’s) from any field of study.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Gender: Male (as per local operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the automotive or consumer‑goods sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Dynamic, results‑oriented, and comfortable working under pressure to meet targets.
- Own a motorbike and possess a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C).
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30, with occasional overtime for events or urgent client visits.
