Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with third‑party dealers and customers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
- Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of multi‑product solutions, tailoring presentations to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Conduct thorough analyses and feasibility surveys of potential customers, evaluating creditworthiness, market potential, and alignment with company offerings.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine promotional materials and improve product positioning.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, continuously seeking new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future campaign planning.
- Participate in regular training sessions and field visits to stay updated on product specifications and industry developments.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing any issues that arise post‑purchase to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 (any major) – S1 preferred.
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Male candidates only (as per local hiring policy).
- Zero to several years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields; prior experience in automotive or consumer goods is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey value propositions clearly.
- Dynamic, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset with a genuine love for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Own a motorbike and hold a valid SIM C, as field visits to dealers and customers are required.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
