Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned territories, focusing on both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key accounts, architects, interior designers, and retail partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that highlight value propositions and ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, reporting progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional events that boost brand visibility.
  • Provide post‑sale support, monitor client satisfaction, and implement follow‑up actions to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product innovations, sales techniques, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the furniture or related home‑decor sector.
  • Educational background of at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude and strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid driving licence (SIM A/C) – highly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with skills in competitor analysis, market trend evaluation, and sales data interpretation.
  • Male candidates are preferred in accordance with the specific client requirement.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30, with occasional travel to client sites or trade shows.
