Introduction

As a Telemarketing KTA representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential borrowers, guiding them through our loan offerings, gathering essential information, and setting the stage for successful loan applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates, individuals seeking a career in sales, or experienced telemarketers who thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound telephone calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our KTA products.
  • Explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms of unsecured loan options in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Collect and verify personal and financial information required for loan pre‑qualification.
  • Schedule face‑to‑face or virtual appointments with qualified prospects for the sales or credit assessment team.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining a professional tone.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system and update lead status daily.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly call volume, conversion, and appointment‑setting targets.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, regulatory compliance, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to share feedback from the field and suggest improvements to scripts and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 45 years.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Professional, well‑presented appearance.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to articulate complex financial concepts simply.
  • Proficiency with basic communication tools (telephone, email, CRM software).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Key soft skills: active listening, empathy, honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
