Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Officer Pemasaran Kredit Surveyor to join our rapidly growing multifinance team serving the Alam Sutera area and the greater Jabodetabek region. This role is pivotal in driving loan product adoption, building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, and ensuring a seamless credit application experience from initial contact to final disbursement. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results‑oriented professional with a solid educational background and a passion for sales and customer service in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s credit and financing products to existing clients and new prospects through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and digital channels.
  • Identify and secure orders from distribution channels, capturing accurate initial data and verifying customer information.
  • Gather, review, and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, liaising with underwriting and operations teams to expedite approvals.
  • Communicate credit decisions promptly to dealers, dealers’ representatives, and end‑customers, providing clear explanations of outcomes.
  • Inform customers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms that affect their loan.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database, recording all interactions, status updates, and follow‑up actions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback and suggest product enhancements.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess dealer performance, gather market intelligence, and strengthen partnership ties.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, present pipeline reports, and contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Maximum age: 29 years.
  • Gender: Open to both male and female candidates; the original posting lists male, but we welcome all qualified applicants.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit assessment and loan disbursement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic CRM tools.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing, especially within financial services, is a distinct advantage.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric mindset.
