Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day store activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Maintain an orderly and visually appealing sales floor by arranging merchandise, updating price tags, and ensuring promotional displays are correctly set up.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product questions, processing transactions, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the store manager and fellow team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales objectives.
- Execute routine stock checks, receive deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish shelves efficiently.
- Utilize the store’s Management Information System (MIS) to track sales data, monitor inventory levels, and generate reports for senior management.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding health, safety, and loss‑prevention, including regular store audits and security checks.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and team‑building activities.
- Offer flexible support during peak periods, weekends, and public holidays, ensuring the store remains fully staffed and operational.
- Contribute ideas for improving store layout, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Residency in Malang is mandatory.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Demonstrated personal attributes: diligent, meticulous, courteous, friendly, and highly responsible.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work Saturdays, Sundays, and designated public holidays (Tanggal Merah).
- Open to receiving direction and performing a variety of tasks (“serabutan”) as needed.
- Basic proficiency with retail management software or point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg).
