Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales and Brand Promotor to join our dynamic team covering the Demak, Semarang, and Kendal regions. This full‑time position is based in Demak and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales, a passion for building brand presence, and the analytical mindset needed to translate market data into actionable sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans that align with overall brand objectives and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and train a network of independent distributors and retail partners in Kab. Semarang, Kab. Demak, and Kendal (Boja).
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement, shelf‑visibility, and promotional compliance.
  • Gather and analyze point‑of‑sale data, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to refine pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.
  • Utilize direct selling and consultative selling techniques to close deals, upsell complementary product lines, and increase market share.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel, highlighting key performance indicators such as volume growth, stock levels, and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out brand activation events, sampling programs, and in‑store promotions that drive trial and repeat purchase.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and order fulfillment in the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide timely feedback to product development and pricing teams based on field insights and consumer trends.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding ethics, compliance, and safety while representing the brand in public.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on sales experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategic action plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic charting.
  • Demonstrated mastery of various selling techniques such as direct selling, consultative selling, and solution‑based selling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of self‑motivation, time‑management, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to relocate or accept temporary mutasi assignments as business needs evolve.
  • Immediate availability to start; candidates who can join within two weeks will be prioritized.
