Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, credit, and electronic payments with accuracy.
- Verify product prices, apply promotions, and issue receipts while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance, answering customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked checkout area, ensuring that all merchandise displays meet company standards.
- Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing reports and balancing the cash drawer in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to resolve any transaction discrepancies or customer complaints promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies, including punctual attendance, shift rotations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) to generate simple sales reports and record inventory adjustments when required.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new product lines, promotional campaigns, and technology upgrades.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age limit: 25 years or younger.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; unmarried applicants are preferred.
- Must be able to observe punctual prayer times (Shalat tepat waktu).
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Good health and sound conduct.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for basic data entry.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to follow established company rules.
- Basic understanding of cash register systems (Sistem Kasir) is a plus.
