The training hubs are located in major cities such as Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar, Sintang, Samarinda, and Medan, ensuring exposure to diverse network environments across Indonesia. Successful graduates will be deployed to various provinces, with a focus on Sulawesi Tengah, to support the expansion and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in the installation, configuration, and testing of fiber‑optic and microwave transmission equipment.
- Perform routine site surveys to assess signal strength, tower integrity, and power availability.
- Climb transmission towers safely to install antennas, cables, and grounding systems, following OSHA‑compliant safety protocols.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network outages, documenting root‑cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on routers, switches, and base stations to ensure optimal uptime.
- Support the rollout of new broadband services by splicing fiber cables, setting up distribution cabinets, and verifying line loss.
- Maintain accurate field logs, inventory records, and technical reports using the company’s ERP system.
- Collaborate with project managers to adhere to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Provide on‑site customer support, explaining technical issues in clear, non‑technical language.
- Continuously update personal technical knowledge through workshops, certifications, and peer learning sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in Teknik Jaringan, Telekomunikasi, Elektro, Listrik, or Mesin.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
- Ownership of a functional laptop and an Android smartphone for field reporting.
- Active SIM C driver’s license and personal motorized vehicle for site travel.
- Clean Police Clearance (SKCK) and a recent health certificate from a licensed physician.
- Physically fit, with the ability to climb towers, lift equipment up to 25 kg, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to be stationed in any province as dictated by operational needs.
- Availability to attend a 3‑month intensive training program at designated training centers.
- Strong analytical mindset, good communication skills, and a high level of personal commitment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of multidisciplinary teams.
