Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for life‑insurance products within the assigned BNI branch, aligning targets with overall regional goals.
- Conduct daily prospecting activities, including cold calls, client visits, and coordination with bank tellers to identify potential customers.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and tailored insurance solutions that address the financial protection needs of individual customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and policy issuances using the bank’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with BNI’s internal teams—branch managers, relationship officers, and compliance staff—to ensure seamless integration of insurance offers into the bank’s service flow.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders, including existing policyholders, local community groups, and corporate partners, to expand referral networks.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide insightful market feedback to BNI Life’s product development team.
- Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and certification programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field is also accepted.
- Age between 20 and 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in financial services marketing; preferably 2 years in bancassurance or related insurance sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
- Professional appearance and well‑groomed demeanor.
- Demonstrated interest in sales and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
- Not currently listed as an active member of AAJI (Association of Indonesian Insurance Companies).
