We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven In‑house Sales Representative – B2B Solutions to join our fast‑growing residential housing subsidiary. This position is based in our dedicated in‑house office and involves both field work and office activities. Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and sell subsidized housing units to prospective buyers, showcasing the benefits of the program.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, advertisements, and referral networks to nurture interest and convert prospects into customers.
  • Educate potential buyers on the mechanics of subsidized mortgage (KPR) schemes, including eligibility criteria, payment structures, and government incentives.
  • Accompany clients throughout the entire purchase journey—from initial site surveys and property inspections to the final signing of the sales agreement (akad).
  • Assist customers in gathering, verifying, and submitting all required documentation for KPR approval, ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management, contributing to the overall growth of the housing project.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospects, existing customers, and internal teams such as marketing, finance, and legal.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of client interactions in the CRM system, providing accurate reports on pipeline status and sales performance.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age limit: 35 years or younger.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence in presenting, and a neat professional appearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while staying focused on targets.
  • Self‑motivated with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and an Android smartphone for field activities and digital communication.
  • Willingness to work both in the office (in‑house) and on‑site at the subsidized housing project.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheet applications and CRM tools.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
