Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging video snippets, reels, and stories for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience trends.
- Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality video assets from concept to final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, lighting, sound capture, colour grading, and motion graphics.
- Product Operations Support: Create product demo videos, unboxing experiences, and instructional tutorials that showcase features and benefits, collaborating closely with product managers and designers.
- Public Relations Specialist: Produce press‑ready video kits, interview clips, and event coverage to support media outreach and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- Short Drama Production: Lead the end‑to‑end production of short drama series, coordinating cast, crew, locations, and post‑production workflows to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library and ensure all content complies with copyright and licensing regulations.
- Monitor performance metrics, gather audience feedback, and iterate on content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a preference for fresh talent eager to learn.

- Experience: No prior professional experience required; a strong portfolio of personal or academic projects is highly valued.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with DSLR or mirrorless camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording.
- Soft Skills:

- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
