Introduction
Luthfi Sajadah, a rapidly growing retail souvenir shop under the brand Toko Oleh-Oleh Haji Umroh, is seeking enthusiastic and courteous female sales assistants (Pramuniaga) to join its friendly team at the Bantul (Dongkelan) branch. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide detailed product information to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards by keeping shelves organized, merchandise displayed attractively, and the floor tidy and safe for shoppers.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, process payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle returns or exchanges according to company policy.
- Prepare and pack customer orders with care, ensuring that each package meets quality standards and is ready for pickup or delivery.
- Respond promptly to incoming chat messages and social media inquiries, offering helpful guidance and fostering positive online interactions.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking items as needed, and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Support promotional activities, such as setting up in‑store displays, distributing flyers, and informing customers about current offers.
- Uphold the store’s health and safety protocols, including regular cleaning of high‑touch surfaces and adherence to COVID‑19 hygiene guidelines.
- Participate in brief daily briefings to align with team goals, share customer feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, age 30 years or younger.
- Not currently enrolled in school or university; full‑time availability required.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights during packing.
- Excellent communication skills with a polite and respectful demeanor.
- High level of honesty, attention to detail, and reliability in handling cash transactions.
- Proficiency in using basic POS systems and familiarity with instant messaging platforms for customer chats.
- Residence preferably within Sewon, Kasihan, or the wider Bantul/Yogyakarta area for easy commute.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to regular religious observance.
- Ability to work both morning and afternoon shifts, adhering to the store’s operating hours (08:00‑16:00, Monday‑Sunday).
