Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in the Wilayah Melak region of Kalimantan. This role is pivotal for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with both existing and new customers, and ensuring a seamless credit‑application process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional, comfortable working independently, and capable of navigating the unique market dynamics of West Kalimantan.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing accounts and prospect new customers across the assigned territory.
- Generate sales orders through the distribution channel, collect initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete credit applications.
- Track the status of each credit application, communicate approvals or rejections promptly to dealers and customers, and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection points, while proactively addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database, preparing regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate closely with the finance, logistics, and after‑sales support teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and processes.
- Travel within the designated area using a personal vehicle, adhering to safety and regulatory standards, and maintain a valid and active SIM A/C.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a similar industry; experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and build trust.
- High level of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C.
- Willingness to be placed in a location that matches the candidate’s domicile within the Wilayah Melak region.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
