Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents who match the company’s target profile and growth strategy.
- Maintain and strengthen day‑to‑day relationships with existing agents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coach agents on effective sales techniques, market analysis, and agency‑level business planning.
- Develop and implement agency‑wide strategies that align with BFI Finance’s sales targets and market positioning.
- Monitor agent performance, provide regular feedback, and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to create promotional materials and training programs for agents.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress, sales performance, and market insights for senior management.
- Travel within the Tomohon area and surrounding districts to conduct field visits, host workshops, and attend networking events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (All majors accepted).
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Open to all genders; inclusive hiring practices.
- At least a high school diploma; prior experience is not mandatory, but a strong desire for field work is essential.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle for agency visits and client meetings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly sociable, confident, and proactive—able to initiate conversations and build trust quickly.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:15‑17:00, with occasional overtime for special events.
