Introduction
The Executive Account Key Manager will be the primary driver of sales performance for Pareto outlets located in the Madiun‑Kediri region. This pivotal role bridges strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring that each outlet not only meets but exceeds its revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, the manager will lead a dynamic team of sales associates, coordinate marketing initiatives, and provide insightful analysis to shape future business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of all Pareto outlets in the Madiun‑Kediri area, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Design, launch, and monitor sales programs and promotional campaigns that align with corporate objectives and regional market trends.
- Track team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), offering coaching, motivation, and corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, conduct variance analysis, and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, and finance departments to guarantee product availability, optimal pricing, and smooth inventory flow.
- Develop strong relationships with local business partners, suppliers, and community stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess visual merchandising, customer service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Stay current on industry developments, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to proactively adjust strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
