Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and target audience insights.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistency in brand tone and visual identity.
  • Utilize photo and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Spark to produce high‑quality assets that capture audience attention.
  • Write compelling copy for posts, ads, email newsletters, and landing pages, optimizing for SEO and conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI) using analytics dashboards and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, including budgeting, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure unified messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor junior marketers, providing guidance on best practices, tool usage, and professional development.
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new platform features to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, negotiate contracts, and track campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/S1 (associate or bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Age: Maximum 26 years old; gender neutral – open to all qualified candidates.
  • At least 2‑3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in consumer‑facing or e‑commerce environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, communicative, and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, including community management and trend spotting.
  • Hands‑on ability with design and video tools (Canva, CapCut, basic Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Self‑disciplined, organized, and committed to personal development and ethical practices.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
