Robotics Education Centre, a leading provider of hands‑on robotics training and STEM enrichment programs, is expanding its front‑office team. We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Staf Administrasi Front Office to serve as the first point of contact for our students, parents, and corporate partners. This role combines customer service excellence with solid bookkeeping and basic marketing duties, offering a vibrant work environment where creativity meets technology.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and prospective students at the reception desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide detailed information about robotics courses, workshop schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Handle inbound calls, email inquiries, and live chat messages with professionalism and a friendly tone.
- Process registrations, collect fees, and issue receipts while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports using Microsoft Excel, including cash flow, expense tracking, and revenue summaries.
- Support the marketing team by distributing promotional materials, managing social media calendars, and assisting with event coordination.
- Maintain and update the centre’s database of students, instructors, and suppliers, ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate with instructors to schedule classes, reserve equipment, and manage room allocations.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve front‑office processes, suggesting efficiencies that enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference for graduates of SMEA or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, accounting, or office support roles.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, confident tone.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and ability to promote educational programs.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping standards, financial record‑keeping, and accounting software.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented, honest, and disciplined with a strong sense of accountability.
- Adaptable, quick‑thinking, and comfortable presenting information to groups.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, instructors, and customers.
